Some visions can wait.
Family cannot.
As the only son in his family, Charlie felt a deep responsibility to care for the people closest to him.
Just as Empower Vision began moving forward, he stepped away to support his father, mother, uncle, and sister through the seasons when they needed him most.

The vision did not disappear.
It grew up with him.
Charlie is returning with more patience, more perspective, and a clearer understanding that worthwhile work takes the right people—not just a good idea.
The Route 66 Revival Project is the first active chapter: an invitation to bring attention and new possibility to the people and places still carrying the road forward.

Charlie entered the Army in 1980 as an enlisted soldier, advanced from Private E-1 to Sergeant E-5, completed officer training, Ranger and Airborne courses, and later retired as a Captain. The full chronology is preserved here as a reference—not as the page’s opening claim.
